Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delays caused by postal services or customs (for international orders) are outside of our control.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on all orders, no minimum required. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet our stated delivery times, unforeseen events such as postal delays, weather disruptions, or high seasonal demand may affect delivery. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
